At Eleanor Malaysia, every piece is thoughtfully crafted to reflect elegance, individuality, and lasting quality. To uphold our commitment to exclusivity and craftsmanship, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please Read Carefully Before Purchase:

1. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

All purchases made through Eleanor Malaysia are final and non-refundable.

We strictly DO NOT accept:

  • Returns or refunds.
  • Exchanges due to incorrect size selection, wrong charm selection, or change of mind.

Please ensure that you double-check chain lengths, charm choices, and customization details before placing an order.

2. Lifetime Free Repair Service (Eleanor Products Only)

We proudly offer a Lifetime Free Repair Service exclusively for Eleanor Malaysia products.

Eligible Repairs:

  • Loose or detached charms.
  • Broken clasps or locks.
  • Chain disconnection.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Repairs are FREE when done at any of our official pop-up booths.
  • Customers opting for courier services must bear all shipping costs (both ways).
  • This service is applicable strictly for Eleanor Malaysia products. Non-Eleanor items are not eligible.

Note:
This repair service does not cover lost or missing charms/accessories. Lost items will require a new purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Provide clear photo or video proof via [insert email/contact method].
  • Eligible cases will be offered repair or replacement.
  • Shipping costs (both ways) are to be borne by the customer, unless the repair is done at our pop-up booths (complimentary).

4. Shipping Costs

All shipping fees—including for repairs—are fully paid by the customer.
Eleanor Malaysia holds no responsibility for delays or damages caused by third-party courier services.

5. Lost Charms & Accessories

We are not liable for any lost, misplaced, or damaged charms after purchase. Replacement will require a new order.
