7. Lifetime Free Repair Service

We offer a Lifetime Free Repair Service exclusively for Eleanor Malaysia products.
This service covers:

  • Loose or detached charms.
  • Broken clasps or locks.
  • Chain disconnections.

Terms:

  • Repairs are free when done at our official pop-up booths.
  • Customers opting for courier repair services must bear all shipping costs (both ways).
  • This service applies strictly to Eleanor Malaysia products.

Please Note:
Lost or missing charms/accessories are not covered. A new purchase is required.


8. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

All sales are final and non-refundable.
We strictly DO NOT accept:

  • Returns or refunds.
  • Exchanges due to incorrect size selection, charm choice, or change of mind.

Customers are fully responsible for confirming their product details before purchase.


9. Shipping Policy

Shipping fees—including for repairs—are fully borne by the customer.
Eleanor Malaysia holds no responsibility for delays, damages, or losses incurred by third-party couriers.
